The everyday problem
You already bought the food. Then it spoiled.
The USDA estimates the average American family wastes hundreds of dollars in groceries each year — not because they don’t care, but because they can’t see what’s already in the kitchen. By the time you remember the chicken in the back of the fridge, it’s gone.

What families say
Practical wins, in their own words.
These are illustrative voices, drafted from the soft-launch interview prompts. Real quotes replace them as we collect them.
“I stopped throwing away yogurt and chicken. That’s it. That’s the whole sales pitch.”
Sarah K.
“Sunday meal planning used to take two hours. Now it takes ten minutes because the app already knows what we have.”
Marcus & Lena
“We started for the grocery savings. Six months in, we’ve quietly built a real three-month supply without thinking about it.”
Pastor James W.
Preparedness, built quietly
The same habit that saves you $30 a week builds a real food supply.
We don’t ask families to plan for disaster. We help them cook what they have, waste less, and — over months — quietly accumulate the kind of stocked kitchen that holds up when life gets hard. Practical resilience, not bunker mentality.

Meal Planning
Cook what’s expiring: the anti-waste meal plan
A planning system that starts in the fridge instead of on Pinterest. Why it actually works for busy families.
Do I need to enter every item in my kitchen?
No. Most families start with just the fridge — about 20 items in five minutes. You can grow it from there. Even partial inventory delivers value because you’ll catch what’s expiring soonest.
Does the app work without internet at the store?
Your inventory and grocery list are cached locally. You can check what’s in the fridge while you’re standing in an aisle, even with no signal.
How accurate are the expiration dates?
We blend manufacturer ‘best by’ dates (when you scan barcodes) with USDA FoodKeeper data. You can override any date manually — the app learns your kitchen’s actual patterns over time.
Is the preparedness section religious or political?
Neither. We work with LDS wards, CERT teams, and secular community groups equally. Resilience here means a stocked kitchen and a household that doesn’t panic in a snowstorm. That’s it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything to CSV at any time, including during a trial. We delete your data within 30 days of cancellation. No ‘soft retention’ games.
Do you have a free plan?
Not yet. We chose a 30-day no-credit-card trial instead — enough time to genuinely see if it works for your household before paying anything.
